Tony had Nephrotic Syndrome and had a kidney transplant at the age of 16.The shoes have palm trees and fade from black to blue, tony added that to the shoes because it signifies his triumph over his kidney disease.Tony him self is on the tongue holding a basketball and a quote underneath saying "I'm Fresh". When tony was in school everyone knew him as the fresh kid. He always wore the latest sneakers and top of the line clothing. The yellow and blue along with the number 15 are inspired by Tony's favorite basketball player Carmelo Anthony.Under the number 15 is the day he received his transplant. The shoes retailed at $125 and are now sold for $600.
