Safe Driving Game

My game will have to do with safe driving, with its primary cause and effects. It will start out with a person talking on his cell phone while recklessly driving without precaution to what he is doing. Not worrying about what's in front of the wind shield. Another driver is seemingly distracted by a pretty lady walking on the sidewalk. So then both vehicles collide in a fatal accident.
